Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice/proof of purchase must be included.
- Prescription lenses, customized eyewear, and personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong product
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If you would like a different frame or style, please contact our support team.
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Prescription glasses with customized lenses
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.
