Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey. We provide free standard shipping on orders over £125.00 and express shipping for those who need their eyewear faster. Order processing time

  • Most orders ship next business day after we receive your order(*business days exclude weekends and holidays).
  • During high-volume periods shipping may be delayed by 3-5 business days.

When will my glasses arrive?

Most orders arrive within 7–14 days, depending on the complexity of your prescription. Some complex prescriptions could on occasion take a few days longer, although we work hard to ensure dispatch as soon as possible after our opticians have authorised the order. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships with Royal Mail Tracked 24.

If you’ve received an email to notify you that your order has been dispatched but you haven’t yet received it after 10 days, contact us and we will try to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
